Shipping guide

DEON DANE aims to ship all orders within 48 hours of order receipt. A tracking number will be sent to you once your goods have shipped. Once shipped we cannot guarantee a delivery time and delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, weather, your location or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking your item

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. You can follow your order online using the tracking number found on your receipt and the Australia Post tracking form.

Shipping within Australia: 5-6 business days

International shipping: 6-10 business days

DEON DANE cannot be held responsible for any import and/or customs duties on your order. All duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Deon Dane.

Our Return Policy

DEON DANE is sad to hear you’re not satisfied with your item but as much as we want you to love our watches we want you to be happy too. Please return your watch in original packaging within 14 days of receiving and we will refund the full amount. We think it is fair that you cover the shipping. To return your watch please fill out the return form and send back with the watch. If the item is in any way faulty please see our warranty policy.


Product warranty

All DEON DANE watches come with a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If something isn’t working we will repair or replace at our discretion with no charge to you. The warranty does not cover the glass or general wear and tear. If you believe you have a warranty claim please fill out the warranty form and send with your watch to:
