What is your returns / refund policy?
We’re proud of the quality of our watches, and we receive very few complaints.
It’s worth noting that all purchases come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
If you are ever unhappy with your Deon Dane purchase, or it is not performing as you think it should, you should contact us immediately and let us know.
Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to provide you with 1 of the following:
- A replacement in any style (in stock)
- A refund after having returned the purchase to us for review
- A refund without needing to return the purchase
The resolution provided will be judged on a case-by-case basis and you may be required to provide photos and any other information we request in order to reach a decision.
Will I get an order confirmation email?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time we have received your payment/order, and you will receive another email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions or concerns at any time – do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that some countries require additional import duties to be paid before goods over a certain value are released from customs. As the customer you are liable for identifying and covering the cost of any such import duties, customs and taxes.
Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival, payable directly to customs within your country. They will contact you by text message by customs if any such payment is required before release.
When will i receive my order?
All orders from DeonDane.com are sent with free tracking included.
Orders within Australia are dispatched within 48 hours of placement, and are sent via Australia Post.
Australia Post will usually deliver orders sent with Standard shipping within 7 days however this time period is subject to delay – once an order has been passed to Australia Post, the delivery time is out of our hands.
Express post orders are usually delivered within 48 hours of dispatch, however again we cannot guarantee this, as Australia Post occasionally take up to 3-5 days to deliver Express post.
If you are not available to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox advising you of the attempted delivery and the order will be left at your nearest post office for you to collect.
Orders outside of Australia are dispatched within 48 hours of placement, and are sent via Australia Post, who then pass it to their partner postal service in the recipient country.
International orders are usually delivered within 21 days however this time period is subject to delay – once an order has been passed to Australia Post, the delivery time is out of our hands.
Express post orders are usually delivered within 10 days of dispatch, however again we cannot guarantee this, as this depends on how long your order takes in transit.
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
Yes, that should be fine as long as you order no more than 3 watches in one order.
